I am a former collegiate athlete at Columbia University in New York City, where I played football and ran track.
Over the course of my career I have had the privilege of working with numerous strength and conditioning professionals from the collegiate level to the NFL.
After graduating, I've been able to compile workouts that I find most beneficial into a single workout plan.
Due to the large amount of inquiries in regards to my fitness regiment on social media, I decided to offer my techniques publicly. This includes my full detailed workout plan along with instructional videos, explaining some of the more complex workouts.
